As a daily ride for its owner, I was expecting a straightforward tune-up when I received this Raleigh M-Trax 100 for servicing.
But after giving it a good clean and a thorough check over as part of a General Service (which includes Striping the hubs, headset and bottom bracket, then greasing & lubricating before reassembling) it became clear that this was one Raleigh that had seen some action.
I guess it is possible to ride without noticing the broken spokes, or the jammed on rear brake.
After fitting new brakes, headset bearings, a new chain, cassette, cables, spokes, pedals, skewers, truing the wheels and tuning up everything else it came out and rides as good as new.
