This March I was happy to be asked to help out on the BBC Radio 2 Dare2Tri Challenge for Sport Relief.
DJ Jo Whiley and her BBC Radio 2 teammates Reverend Kate Bottley and Richie Anderson set out on a triathlon challenge including swimming, cycling and running, in three different UK cities, in three days.
Day 1 the team swam at Barry Community Water Sports Centre, cycled from there to Cardiff Sailing Club and then ran to Cardiff Library.

Day 2 the team were in a very cold and very wet Glasgow. They swam at Pinkston Watersports Centre, before cycling a circular route from the same location and then running to George Square.

Day 3 saw us all in Manchester for the Sport relief TV Show with the team swimming at the Helly Hanson Watersports centre, Salford Quays, then cycling a route from the same location. They then ran to Media City Plaza, finishing at the Sport Relief studio.

It was a great 3 days and raise in excess of £800,000 for Sport Relief.
